Welcome to CareLogic. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights and obligations.
1. Use of Service
Eligibility
You must be a registered healthcare provider or clinic in Rwanda to use this service professionally.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
Prohibited Acts
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure.
2. Data Ownership
Your Data
"Your data belongs to you."
All patient records, clinical notes, and financial data entered by you belong exclusively to you. We claim no ownership over your content.
CareLogic IP
The software, designs, algorithms, and trademarks of CareLogic remain the exclusive property of CareLogic.
License
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
3. Payment & Subscription
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through our secure payment partners.
Taxes
Prices are subject to applicable taxes in Rwanda (VAT). All fees are quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. We offer a free trial period to ensure the platform meets your needs before you commit.
4. Termination
By You
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.
Data Export Grace Period
Upon termination, you will have a 30-day grace period to export your clinical data before it is permanently deleted from our primary storage.
5. Limitation of Liability
CareLogic is a tool to assist in clinic management but is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.
CareLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including medical malpractice claims.
