How much does CareLogic cost?
CareLogic has three plans: Clinic Starter at 150,000 RWF/month, Medical Plus at 250,000 RWF/month, and Hospital Suite at 450,000 RWF/month. Yearly billing is discounted.
Can I see CareLogic before I pay?
Yes. You can book a free demo and we will walk you through the platform with your clinic’s workflow in mind before you commit to a plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade as your clinic grows — for example moving from Clinic Starter to Medical Plus or Hospital Suite to unlock insurance claims, inventory, and multi-branch support.
What is included in the Hospital Suite plan?
Hospital Suite includes everything in Medical Plus plus full hospital management, medical inventory, approval workflows, unlimited departments and staff, multi-branch support, custom integrations, data migration, and 24/7 premium support.
Do you help us migrate our existing data?
Yes. Data migration services are included with the Hospital Suite plan, and we scope your migration during onboarding.
